Payments
All payments must be made directly to the developer. Never pay in cash or to any personal account. We do not collect booking amounts.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are set by the developer. Please read the developer’s Sale Agreement carefully before booking.
Our Fees
Our services are free for buyers. We earn a referral fee from the developer upon successful booking.
Liability
We are not liable for construction delays, project changes, or disputes between you and the developer. Please conduct your own due diligence before purchasing.
